| The rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) prohibit broadcast licensees from broadcasting false information concerning a crime or catastrophe if: (1) the licensee knows the information is false;
(2) it is known beforehand that broadcasting the information will cause substantial public harm; and (3) broadcasting the information does, in fact, directly cause substantial public harm.

| Under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act, the Wool Products Labeling Act, and their accompanying rules, the term "wool" may be used on a label for fiber made from the fleece of sheep or lamb, and the hair of the Angora goat, Cashmere goat, camel, alpaca, llama, or vicuna. Reclaimed or recycled wool fibers must be identified on a label as "recycled wool."
